Operations Manager

After almost a decade of working in Mario Batali’s flagship Babbo, and later Del Posto, Martin developed a tremendous passion for Italian food and wine. He started as a fan and neighborhood regular of franny’s, and now cannot imagine feeling more at home in any restaurant setting than this. Martin met his wife, Heather, while they were working towards master’s degrees in Acting together. They have lived in Brooklyn since moving to New York in the mid-90’s, and are proud to be raising two amazing children here.
